The Delta Community app puts the full digital banking experience in your pocket — with mobile check deposit, biometric login and instant card controls you will not find on the web.

Verify the publisher

Only install the app published by Delta Community Credit Union. Check the developer name in the store to avoid look-alike apps.

Download and set up in five steps

    Open the App Store or Google Play

    Search for Delta Community Credit Union and check the publisher name before installing.

    Install and open the app

    Tap Get or Install, then open the app once it finishes downloading.

    Sign in with your Login ID

    Use the same credentials as the web DCCU login.

    Enable biometric sign-in

    Under Settings → Security, switch on Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint.

    Turn on push alerts

    Allow notifications to get instant deposit and security alerts.

Mobile check deposit

Endorse the back of your check, open Deposit, choose the account, and capture a clear photo of the front and back. Deposits made before the daily cutoff usually post the same business day; hold onto the paper check until the funds clear.

Biometric sign-in

After your first DCCU login in the app, enable Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint under Settings → Security. Biometrics stay on your device and make everyday sign-ins faster and safer.

Misplaced a card? Freeze it instantly from the app and unfreeze it when it turns up — no phone call needed. Pair card controls with account alerts to stay ahead of any unexpected charges.

If your phone is lost

Sign in from another device to freeze cards, then reset access on the Forgot Password page and contact Member Care.
