Forgot your Login ID?
Your Login ID is the username you created at enrollment — not your member number. Use the Forgot Login ID option on the official page to recover it after verifying your identity, or call Member Care for a hand.
Unlocking a locked account
After several failed attempts, sign-in is paused to protect your money. Completing a password reset usually clears the lock. If you still cannot get in, contact Member Care so they can confirm your identity and restore access.
Not getting the verification code?
Reset codes arrive by text or email. If one does not show up, check spam, make sure the phone and email on your profile are current, and confirm your carrier is not filtering the message. You can update contact details after you regain access in online banking.

Still stuck?
If recovery will not complete, a representative can help verify your identity. Call 404.715.4725 or toll-free 800.544.3328 during Member Care hours.
