New to digital banking? Enrollment is a one-time setup that creates your Login ID and password. After that, every DCCU login uses the credentials you choose here.

Enroll once, then sign in

Enrollment and login are different steps. You enroll a single time to create credentials, then use the DCCU login from then on.

Before you begin

Enrollment verifies that you are the member on the account, so have your details ready. If you have not joined yet, you will open an account first, then return to enroll for digital banking.

Enrollment — step by step

    Open Online Banking Enrollment

    On the official site, choose Enroll next to the sign-in box.

    Verify your membership

    Enter your member details and personal information to confirm your identity.
  3. 3

    Complete identity verification

    Answer the security prompts or enter the one-time code sent to you.
  4. 4

    Create your Login ID and password

    Pick a unique Login ID and a strong password — this becomes your DCCU login.

    Set security questions

    Add recovery questions so you can reset access later if needed.

    Sign in for the first time

    Log in with your new Login ID and explore online banking.

Choosing a strong Login ID and password

Pick a Login ID that is easy for you to remember but not obvious to others — avoid your name, email or member number. Create a long password with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols, and never reuse a password from another site.

Membership eligibility

Delta Community welcomes people who live or work in eligible metro Atlanta counties, immediate family of current members, and employees of many partner organizations. Confirm the current criteria on the official site before enrolling.

Save time

Have your phone nearby during enrollment — the identity check often sends a one-time code by text or email.

After you enroll

Head straight to the DCCU login, then set up alerts and Bill Pay and install the mobile app for biometric sign-in. Stuck? Reach Member Care at 404.715.4725.

Select Online Banking Enrollment on the official site, verify your membership and identity, then create a Login ID and password. You can sign in immediately afterward.

Double-check you are using your new Login ID, not your member number. If it still fails, reset access on the Forgot Password page or call Member Care.
