Official sign-in
Quick answer
To complete the DCCU login, open deltacommunitycu.com, type your Login ID and password into the Online Banking box, then confirm the one-time passcode if you are on a new device. First-time members enroll before their first sign-in.
DCCU Login — step by step
The whole sign-in takes under a minute. Follow these six steps the first time and it becomes second nature.
- 1
Open deltacommunitycu.com
Type the address into your browser or use a saved bookmark — avoid links sent by email or text. - 2
Find the Online Banking box
The sign-in fields sit at the top-right of the official homepage. - 3
Enter your Login ID
This is the username you created at enrollment — not your member number. - 4
Enter your password and select Log In
Passwords are case-sensitive. Use the show/hide icon to check for typos. - 5
Confirm the one-time passcode
On a new device, enter the OTP sent to your registered phone or email. - 6
Land on your dashboard
Checking, savings, loans and cards are all in one place after sign-in.
Where to sign in on each device
The DCCU login works the same everywhere, but the starting point differs slightly by device. Use the official app on phones and tablets for the smoothest experience.
| Device | Where to sign in | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop / laptop | Official homepage → Online Banking box (top-right) | Bookmark the site; keep your browser updated |
| iPhone / iPad | Delta Community app or Safari | Enable Face ID or Touch ID after first sign-in |
| Android phone / tablet | Delta Community app or Chrome | Enable fingerprint sign-in in Settings → Security |
On phones, the Delta Community app lets you replace typing with Face ID or fingerprint after your first sign-in — enable it under Settings → Security.
Login ID, member number and password
Three details often get mixed up. Only your Login ID and password sign you in; your member number is an account identifier, not a username.
| Credential | What it is | Used for | Privacy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Login ID | Username you chose at enrollment | Signing in | Keep private |
| Password | Secret you set (case-sensitive) | Signing in | Never share |
| Member number | Account ID on statements & debit card | Not used to sign in | Share only with DCCU |
Forgot your Login ID? Use the Forgot Login ID link on the official page or call 404.715.4725. To reset a password, see Forgot Password.
One-time passcode (OTP) and trusted devices
From an unrecognized device, Delta Community sends a one-time code to your registered phone or email. Enter it to finish signing in. You can mark a personal device as trusted to skip the OTP next time — never do this on a shared or public computer. If codes stop arriving, confirm the phone and email on your profile are current.
Is "Delta bank login" the same as DCCU Login?
Yes. Some members search for Delta bank login or Delta Community bank login, but Delta Community is a member-owned credit union, not a commercial bank. They all point to the same digital banking sign-in at deltacommunitycu.com using your Login ID and password.
What you can do after signing in
The same account works on the web and in the app, but a few tools are app-only. Here is how they compare.
| Feature | Web | App |
|---|---|---|
| Balances & transaction history | Yes | Yes |
| Transfers & Zelle® | Yes | Yes |
| Bill Pay | Yes | Yes |
